Reconnect Recap, w/e 27th April - Blue Obscur Oblivion Remastered v2.5 Edition Remix
Connecting you to incredible games writing.
Kia Ora team.
I swear we were warning that this was going to be a difficult game in terms of new releases given the turbulent nature of the industry in recent years, but I am gobsmacked at the quality of games coming out this year, they genuinely don’t stop coming. If your playing Blue Prince like me, I hope you get the room you were looking for, and if you’ve picked up the new Clair Obscur game or the Oblivion Remake, I hope your having a great time.
As always, this is the Reconnect Recap, the sister newsletter to Reconnect. A website dedicated to sharing the works of hundreds of games writers around the world.
If you’re on Bluesky, I’ve made a starter pack so that you can follow all the Reconnect writers in one spot. Not 100% complete yet but I’ll keep adding to it.

Something Extra
We all know Mac’s can’t play games, it’s just not what they are designed to do, however, the Macs have become quite powerful in their own right. When it comes to their new M Series chips, these things are powerful, along with the new Metal API, it’s getting to the point where Mac can play more games than one would realise.
If your a Mac owner like me and are curious as to whats required to play games on your Mac, check out this new site MacGamingDB.
